GELATO

Gelato is an Italian ice cream made with milk instead of cream, so the fat content is much less than premium ice cream. Other differences are that gelato has much less air whipped into it resulting in a much denser and cremier product (gelato contains about 25-30 percent air, while ice cream can contain as much as 60 percent air). Finally, gelato is served at a slightly warmer temperature so the flavors are more intense. 

We offer sixteen flavors (with four dairy free fruit sorbets) made on the premises using only the finest products imported from Italy.
